Shipping Policy

Once your package has left our warehouse, the responsibility of delivery is up to the shipper of choice. We do not cover or re-ship packages due to shipping related problems. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that have been delivered, or stolen from delivery locations. AllSexyDresses.com will do everything in our power to provide information that is requested by the shipper to track your package. This will include address information, order information, shipping date and shipping confirmation.   The customer agrees that they will do what ever is required by the shipper to make a claim for the package.

Estimated Delivery times -

US deliveries will take anywhere from 5 - 15 business days to ship depending on availability of products ordered.  During holiday seasons shipping times may be delayed do to high volume of orders and higher number of packages being handled by the shipping companies.  Please plan ahead and order early to insure delivery on time. If an item is back ordered there may be delays in this time frame, but we will always notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

Canada and other countries deliveries will take anywhere from 7 - 20 days to ship depending on availability of products ordered.

Shipping prices are subject to change without notice, please be sure to check the current shipping rates before placing your order with us.  The correct charge for shipping will appear in the shopping cart during the checkout process.

Clothing items that begin with TU or BL are made when ordered but still usually will arrive in the time frame we stated above.

* Note - Due to American Express policies we will only ship to the billing address of the card even if you provide a ship to address.

International orders be sure to read the Customs information and be aware that your country may charge you.
